Trend to Try: Mixed Prints

Both Miranda and I have been meaning to try this trend out for the longest! I think we're afraid to try it out because it has to be executed in the best way so that it won't look a hot mess!

I've always loved how Rihanna mixes her prints..

Solange also pulls off the trend effortlessly...

 Soo ladies! You don't have to go out and buy anything new to pull of this trend. Just raid your closet and start mixing! Few tips though.. The easiest way to incorporate different prints into a particular outfit is..

1. Focus on a main piece and match a different printed item that is within the same color family.
2. Pair prints that are complementary to each other: stripes and florals, polka dots and stripes, etc.
3. The easiest print to mix with are stripes. Pair them with anything tribal or animal print.
