Beyonce Spotted Again!!

Mrs. Carter is one sexy mama!!!  To follow up on Yvonne's "Beyonce is Back" post, Bey was seen again on Tuesday for Jay’s Carnegie Hall encore show, sporting a sexy, skintight black sequin cocktail dress by Monique Lhuillier, shoes by Gucci, and purse by Chanel. She looks extremely radiant and happy. If i had the world at my disposal, with a good man, a beautiful new family, and a humble spirit...I would too! Note her Blue accessories!
