These three fellas all look handsome in their own ways. English rapper Tinie Tempah was the center of attention at GQ's party, rocking a red suit, Christian Louboutin black Tasselissimo leather loafers, and Tom Ford glasses.  Ricky Whittle from "Single Ladies" looked foine at the 30 Years of Fashion and Film: The Next Generation of Style Icons party thrown by W Magazine and Guess in West Hollywood. Actor Anthony Mackie looked handsome in his three-piece suit at the Gangster Squad LA premiere.

Rocsi Diaz, Solange Knowles and Nicki Minaj all looked colorful and bold at their events. Rocsi rocked a Rebecca Minkoff Abby Dress, I want! Solange rocked bold prints from Just Cavalli’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection and Bottega Veneta sandals at the HBO Girls premiere. Nicki wore a figure hugging Hervé Léger dress. Work!
 

Taylor Swift and her deep plunge Ralph Lauren gown look gorge! Does Jada Pinkett-Smith age? What is her potion???  Jaime King wore a black Jason Wu gown at the 2013 Critics' Choice Awards. Lovely Ladies!

New Video: Nicki Minaj Featuring Cassie "The Boys"

Rapper/Popstar Nick Minaj teamed up with songstress Cassie for their single "Boys" for Minaj's re-release of Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up. Nicki brings her gritty raw verses, while Cassie sings the hook. Check out the super colorful video below.


Cool video indeed. It screams typical Nicki Minaj PINK Barbie, with revealing outfits, colorful wigs, and trendsetting looks. Does this mean Cassie is back though? I mean.. maybe doing features is good for her because I don't know if I can take an entire Cassie song. What are your thoughts?

New Video: Nicki Minaj "Pound the Alarm"

Barbz is still making her Euro-pop music...she must be bringing in some serious cash with these party vibes. We all know Nicki Minaj for her raunchy and gritty lyrics, mostly accompanied by heavy-based beats. Although she reverts back to these street anthems from time to time (Beez in the Trap) she's been riding the wave of pop/techno music. I'm not mad at her though...even though her new lyrics are a bit bland and lacking in substance, she's just another artist who is branding herself and her empire, and branching out to various audiences. For celebrities, this is critical in maintaining the longevity of their career and staying relevant in the media.

I actually like this video and song. In the Carnival-themed video, she takes her fans back to her hometown of Port of Spain, Trinidad. In true Nicki fashion, she and her backup dancers are dressed in near-to-nothing  sexy carnival-inspired costumes sashaying down the streets filled with mobs of people and party-goers. This is a cute side of Nicki that usually isn't portrayed in her raw, hard-core rap videos. It's colorful, fun, and filled with energy...everything that Nicki is known for. She gets the MYLM stamp of approval!

New Music: Nicki Minaj "Beez in the Trap"

It's Barbie Bitch aka Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz have teamed up for "Beez in the Trap" video. I love this song...the beat and lyrics are catchy and Nicki reminds us all that even though her most current music is pop-ish, her roots are still from the hood lol. In the video, she is in the strip club wearing next to nothing...in a cut-out leopard catsuit and red pumps. I gotta admit, the catsuit is cute and it works for her, but did we expect  to see her in anything less revealing and second skin?? #justsayin. The video is typical, but the song makes up for it. Check it.

Rapper Nicki Minaj went green and girly for PAPER magazine's February 2012 issue. Check out the full spread below..

On handling her fame:

“Success came and now that so many eyes are on me, I feel I have to deliver. And it’s a business. No joke. I guess I am stressing more than I should be, and I think I am becoming more guarded.”

On the new album:

“The album is like a collage of all my emotions. I am not sticking to any particular style. I am doing what I feel without restrictions. So it’s very free and very me.”

I love the colors in the shoot. Gotta find a yellow blazer now! I like it when Nicki isn't overly done up for shoots too!

Nicki Minaj and OPI Team Up

So Barbie...aka Barbz...aka The Female Weezy...shit, just Nicki Minaj (lol) will be debuting her new limited-edition Nicki Minaj for OPI nail polish line and the colors are just as crazy as she is! The collection, which is set to be  in stores this month, is a true representation of Nicki, as the colors are wild, crazy, and fun. There's a total of 6 colors...2 glitters, 3 opaques, and 1 shatter.

The rap artist started her beauty brand teaming up with MAC for Pink Friday lipstick, (which is identical to Pink Nuveau). According to her verse on "Make Me Proud" ft. Drake, "It's Mac, OPI, and a fragrance too..Apparel, I'm dominating every avenue" we will be seeing more of the this chic's beauty and clothing talents in the near future. Can't wait to see that clothing line...hehehe.

Nicki Minaj Covers November Issue of W Magazine

Rapper Nicki Minaj and her eccentric self landed on the cover of W magazine for their Art & Fashion issue. She was shot by famed artist Francesco Vezzoli and styled in couture gowns by Versace and Dior. Check out the rest of her portrait shots below.

Vezzoli on what interested him in working with Minaj:

"I wanted to play with the public image of a female hip-hop star. During my entire career, I have always been fascinated by powerful women in history. I have spent a lot of time researching the ways they were represented in art and how their images were used to mold the public imagination—and to convey aesthetic and philosophical ideas about beauty and sexual desire. My main interest has been to link the historical artistic approach to female representation to contemporary icons of the media era."

Interesting but she looks very beauitful!

Nicki Minaj Covers Cosmopolitan Magazine

Rapper Nicki Minaj graces the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine for their November issue. 

Fun Fact: Nicki becomes the second Black woman to grace the front in three years. Rihanna appeared on the July 2011 and March 2008 issues.

She gives readers an insight on her future plans:

“I’ll have hundreds of millions of dollars. I will have put out five albums and will have an Oscar and Grammy's. And I will be getting married and, a couple of years after that, [I] will have a bun in the oven.”

She comments about her dark side and past suicidal thoughts:

“It was one dead-end after another. At one point, I was like, ‘What would happen if I just didn’t wake up?’ That’s how I felt – like maybe I should just take my life.”

She's taking us back with this look. I prefer this Nicki, very beautiful chick!

Nicki Minaj for Black Book Magazine

Young Money's Barbie covers an issue in fashion and pop culture's Black Book Magazine. Her spread is one of the best I've seen so far. She discussed her life now as an artist, the ups and downs of fame, and even comparisons to Lady Gaga.

“I’ve always wanted fame,” she says. “But when I achieved fame, I started realizing that it wasn’t as important as being great at what you do, or being critically acclaimed. Still, I never wish I wasn’t famous.”

"Of the Gaga comparisons, Minaj says, “We both do the awkward, non-pretty thing. What we’re saying—what I’m saying, anyway—is that it’s okay to be weird. And maybe your weird is my normal. Who’s to say? I think it’s an attitude we both share.”

 

"I’ve lost my peace of mind,” Minaj says. “I no longer know who’s my friend or my enemy. I don’t know if they’re calling me because they like me or because they want a photo op, and that’s not a good feeling. I’m always second-guessing everyone, trying to figure out, Who is this person, and what do they want from me?”

“I’ve become an image, a persona, a robot: ‘Stand there, take a picture, and smile.’”

Rapper Nicki Minaj has been in London lately doing some heavy promo... here are some of her crazy fits.

 

This is my fav..she has to let this wig go though...

 Her style is definitely up and down.. aside from the long tutu skirt thing she's wearing in the all black, the print dress, and the crazy wigs.. I think she is pulling off the looks well...well for her I guess..

Hey dolls and gents! So recently Hip-Hop "Monster" Nicki Minaj did a shoot for Out Magazine. Judging by the shots, photographer GL Wood did an amazing job shooting and Brent Austin Coover did a great job styling her. Pictures below.
