If you guys live in DC, you're probably without air conditioning and electricity. Hopefully ya'll aren't dying of heat exhaustion and are staying cool in this sauna weather. Woo! I'm trying to maintain myself lol.

Anyway, Independence Day is HERE and it's time to pull out the Red, white, blue!!! I love July 4th because it's usually a time when the fashions are very eclectic and festival-like. Not too much thought goes into it, which I love! This summer is all about looking cute, but chillin' and being comfortable. Don't put any effort into it...make the outfit hot just by confidently rocking the HELL out of it!

ANKARA Inspiration

So, I've had several different pieces of ankara fabric for sometime now... remember I got some during my last trip back home to Nairobi, Kenya.
