YVONNE'S LIFE IN KENYA INSTAGRAMED PART TWO

Hey guys! My life in Kenya has been so eventful, adventurous, exciting, all that I could want plus more. So here is my second round of Instagram and iPhone pictures I have been taking along my journey! Enjoy!

I meet  cool new peeps almost all the time! You know friendly ol me! Everyone I've been meeting has made my stay in Kenya amazing!
 

As Rick Ross would say, "You know I came to stunt"! And I mean that in the most humble way! I am bringing it! MYLM Style everywhere I go!

FOOOOOD! Yes, I am eating soooo gooood! But I am also losing way too much weight. I'm not sure why?? Can't complain about the food tho because I am eating and drinking good!

Yea so I didn't know they partied so hard in Nairobi until I came and saw it for my own eyes. DC catch up! Ha! Anyway, the fine peeps over at MGM International and my bro Porgie are throwing down another fine event this Friday at The Amboseli Gardens in Lavington.

MYLM STYLE: BLANKETS AND WINE WITH LIQUIDEEP

Hey there guys! So, Blankets and Wine was extra dope my second time going. First of all, the traffic heading there was INSANE ..we barely made it! BUT when we did, we joined the rest of the beautiful peeps having fun listening to the musical sounds by Liquideep. The rain held out until the very end, which was good for us enjoying the fun. Check out the pics and video I took below.

EVENT NEWS: BLANKETS AND WINE PRESENTS LIQUIDEEP

Blankets and Wine is back with another awesome event to kick start the new year! To begin the Blankets and Wine theme, they are bringing the popular South African group Liquideep for a live performance. Also helping us storm into 2013 in style will be the sultry Andrew & Afrology the Band, the pulsating Makadem and the delightful Dan ‘Chizi’ Aceda. 

Limited advance tickets will be on sale for Ksh. 1,300 on www.ticketsasa.com from 24th December. Regular advance tickets will be on sale on ticketsasa and at select Dormans outlets (Mama Ngina, Westgate, Village Market, Yaya, Junction and Karen) for Ksh. 1,500 from 31st December. 

Tickets at the door shall be sold at Ksh. 2,000 for adults and Ksh. 500 for children (5-12 yrs). Children below the age of 5 enter free.

MYLM STYLE: SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER

I finally decided step out in my body-con dress last Saturday. We all went to see STL perform at the Trilogy Project and support Kanja's music video release at Skylux here in Nairobi. I was a bit nervous to wear it because it was extremely fitting but I WORKED it tho! And um, peep out how fly Kenyan's are. Everyone rocked their individual style perfectly!

Simple casual look I had on yesterday. Nairobi has so many hidden gems! Like this pool for example..the sun was so hot and the water was cool..if I only had my swim suit. Shout out to my new photographer Claire Ash Meadow. She takes amazing photos! Hope you guys had a great weekend. xx

MYLM STYLE: HAPPY JAMHURI DAY

Jamhuri Day is a national holiday in Kenya which celebrates the day my country was established as a republic on December 12, 1964! I spent the day out in an affluent scenic town in Nairobi called Karen, eating good nyama choma (roasted meat) and just lounging around. Awesome times! Happy Jamhuri Day! xx
