Just ran across this super cute Cascade Convertible Maxi Skirt  from Free People. They are known for their vintage inspired peices that are so versatile and commfortable. The clothes defintely live up to their name!

So this skirt comes in 3 colors  (black, coral, and white) and can be worn however you want. Basically, you can create your own outfit with one skirt! How convenient is this?! You can use the images above to insipre your outfit. I absilutely love this skirt. I need it in my closet!

Ok, so am I the only one who thinks Halle Berry is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN ON EARTH??? Maybe I'm a little biased, but oh well! This lady has definitely got it going on, from the body, to the skin, to the successful career...she's shutting it down for all the women over age 40 and she's looking FANTABULOUS!

She was recently honored at the Silver Rose Awards in Beverly Hills, wearing this beautiful hot pink magenta Roberto Cavalli body-con dress. She accessorized with silver and diamond jewelry and her signature pixie cut. I would have opted for a different shoe, but she completed the look with Christian Louboutin thong sandals (I'm not a fan). Nonetheless, she looked radiant and her skin and makeup were on point as usual. I love that her makeup is never over-done...it's always natural and flawless.

Speechless!

This definitely should give you all motivation to step up your work-out, skincare, and eating regimines!!

Sorry for the hiatus...MYLM has been a little busy. The weather in DC is acting nuts!! We've had some bad weather due to rain and flooding, but April showers bring May flowers :) This rain has not stopped us from looking and feeling our best!

The corset/bustier lingerie is a hot trend and can be found almost anywhere! They are super sexy and can make any outfit pop with the right accessories. It's a good idea to peice bustiers with pencil skirts, fitted trousers or even wide leg jeans to keep the silhouette proportionate. It's easy for this trend to look trashy, so take our advice!

Pleassseee ladies, make sure you try on your bustiers and you don't have spillage on the top...this is NOT sexy nor is it classy. The girls can peak over the top a little, but not spill out! lol

The package just isn't complete without the right perfume or body spray. Smelling good is a MUST and it's highly favorable among men lol. Fab girls should always wear a sexy scent that lingers and makes people turn heads.

I like soft feminine scents. Try to opt for Eau de Parfume, instead of Eau de Toilette, as there is a higher ratio of natural oil to water, which makes the scent last longer on the skin. Eau de Toilettes are infused with more water, making the scent fade faster.

So this post is a special one. Firstly, I want to introduce a beautiful, positive, extremely motivational person named Bintu Kabba who is clicking her heels and strutting her stuff into the talkshow business! Bintu aka HoneyB. is Philly born and raised Howard graduate who knows exactly what she wants out of life. She is readying herself for an online-based talk show which will include motivational topics on young people believing in themselves and making their dreams become realities. In my opinion, she has the sassy attitude, charm, brains, and personality to withstand the industry and defintely make her dreams a reality.

Adrienne Bailon was spotted at nicki Minaj and The Roots' unveling of the Casio's TRYX camera in Times Sqaure, NYC. I think she looked uber fabulous in this black chain cut-out dress. New Music: The Weeknd and Frank Ocean

Hey readers! So if any of you guys follow me on twitter (@SoFarVon) you know that I love music and pop culture. I wanted to share some new music that I can't stop listening to.

The Weeknd (weird but cool name right?) is definitely a new artist to watch out for. Real name Abel Tesfaye is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from Toronto and part of that new age of R&B that features cool moody and electric sounds. A mix between The Dream and Drake.

As soon as I got put on to Frank Ocean, I couldn't stop listening. 23 year old Cali based

songwriter/vocalist is part of Odd Future and I must say his lyrical talent is amazing. Mr. Ocean has even been seen in the studio working with Beyonce. His mixtape is not just ordinary R&B, as it features different genres such as indie and alternative rock.
